As of mid-2024, The Oasis by Emaar does not have any townhouse projects released. However, plans are underway to introduce multiple townhouse developments in the near future. These are expected to range from 3 to 5 bedrooms and will be organized into clusters that emphasize a family-friendly environment with a host of amenities designed for community living.

Upon release, each cluster will be equipped with beautifully landscaped parks and green spaces that provide a serene environment for relaxation and family activities. Available townhouse options will include both middle and corner units. Middle units are townhouses that share both boundary walls with another townhouse and corner units are townhouses that share just one boundary wall with another property.

As no townhouse projects have yet been released it is too early to speculate on prices. As a general rule however, the price of townhouses vs villas in the same community and by the same developer then to be around 40% lower.
